Dr Gupta was patient and kind and made me feel at ease as I am a shy person that grew with learning difficulties and low self-esteem. Dr Gupta attentively listened to me and showed empathy towards my problems. I got in the room really anxious and came out feeling relieved.

My wife met Felix with my 16 year old son today. My son has had a fear of food after a bout of gastro enteritis at 18 months old. He had an extremely limited food intake, mainly beige foods with no food or vegetables. Before leaving Felix today my son had tried at least 11 or 12 new foods. By the end of the evening he’d tried 17 new foods. I cannot thank Felix enough for his time today. My son has a totally different outlook on food, and is already asking for foods to try and seeking them out himself. I had one RTT session with Elizabeth. I have been watching Marisa Peers on YouTube and have bought 2 of her books, however I felt I needed the help of an RTT therapist to expedite my recovery. After the session, I didn’t sleep well the night after the session. The next day I was still able to function and felt good all day (I haven’t felt good for more than 1.5 years due to a breakdown of a long term relationship and soon after that having to go through cancer diagnosis and treatments. The night after that I had a full night sleep. I woke up feeling really good and ‘complete’. It was a wonderful feeling. I felt so much love for myself and I feel so peaceful. I have never felt this way ever. I didn't feel any fear or guilt or bad about myself. I carried these feelings all the time even when I was seemingly 'fulfilled' and ‘happy’ with my long term partner (now ex) or on holiday or home abroad with my family and old friends. Those feelings were always there deep down. Listening to the bespoke hypnosis recording done by Elizabeth daily also helps.
