I visited Dr James Rakshi following post-viral symptoms and low blood pressure which had left me bed ridden for a long time and I could not recommend him enough. His standard of care is excellent, and he goes beyond and above to investigate and get to the root of the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly is always able to explain and break complex information easily. He kept me well informed regularly and articulated different options that I had to move forward in my recovery. He took time to listen, and his kind and compassionate care has made me feel safe and well looked after.

I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support.
