I had a great experience with Mark. My previous therapist had taken me in the wrong direction for my condition and was determined to stay on that path. Mark listened and let me find my own path, using his experience and care to guide me on the way. He was also very clear that our work should have a timeline and a beginning and end. I found that refreshing, particularly as someone with OCD, who didn't need to keep speaking about the condition ad infinitum! I would happily recommend Mark and would certainly be keen to return to his practice for any future therapy needs.

Dr Sarkhel, a very helpful professional concerning my depression. He was able to address my concerns to cognitive behaviours I was experiencing and inform me it was apart of the depression and anxiety I was facing. Very interesting to understand from a professional point of view and it helped me to really put things into perspective for me. I appreciate the advice as it was extremely helpful whilst going through the symptoms.

I have only just started my process with Ryan, so I am sure there is more learning to be had. But the process so far has been great. Ryan is attentive, encouraging, and kind and has been able to provide a challenging lens to things without being discouraging. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Ducci as a psychiatrist. She is not only highly educated, trained, and experienced, but also deeply caring and listens closely. Dr. Ducci's communication style during our therapy is clear and based on our relationship of mutual trust. In my experience Dr. Ducci 's therapeutic guidance is extremely constructive and practical. In fact, after stopping therapy for a few years, I chose to return to Dr. Ducci to resume my therapy to cope with my depression and life choices because I found her so helpful.
