Outstanding. Having researched a number of doctors prior to booking this procedure, Elizabeth Dolatshahy Hawkes gave me great confidence in her experience during a consultation prior to surgery. Explanations of the process and expectations were clear. Importantly, her photo’s of her work were her own and not generic. The results were excellent. I would definitely recommend her services.

I met Mr Islam on two occasions, both times he was very helpful and reassuring. The procedure he performed on my eye has been very successful. I also appreciate that he gave me his personal phone number and was willing to answer ad hoc questions. I highly recommend him.

Mr Scawn explained everything in good understandable detail of what the procedure would involve, what to expect post-surgery regarding recovery and the expected long term outcome. Everything that was explained happened exactly as he had described. I was very nervous about the procedure, but he was very reassuring, and the procedure was completed without causing any distress at all. He is very caring, and professional and I couldnt be more pleased about the result. My eyesight is vastly improved, and now everything has healed you wouldnt even know that I have had surgery! Mr Jolly put me at ease from the moment I met him with his warm and kind personality. He did a thorough examination of my eyes and after following his advice and using the treatment he had prescribed, my eyes felt better within 24 hours after suffering for over a week. I will only be using him in future and will be recommending him to my family and friends from now on. Thank you Mr jolly for looking after me and my eyes!

Great his very informative happy so far

Doctor Hamid is clearly experienced, has a light hearted approach and smile on his face. Overall, I had apositive patient experience with him. A few improvements to note for the future based on my experience: - I had the impression, both in the 1st call and on the day of surgery, that he was in a hurry and was looking forward to cut it short with me. - The first appointment with him was scheduled as video call and I was expecting that, however it was run by telephone. This uncommunicated and unexplained change in the moment made me uncomfortable because as a patient I'd like to build trust and easen up with the surgeon.

He is a very caring person and especially calm when I had a meltdown. He explained everything really well and was very patient.
