Miss Khanam has always been most helpful at every visit, explained everything to be done very clearly. Even though my eyes weren’t “playing ball” she has patiently helped me get things sorted out. I can’t recommend Miss Khanam highly enough!

Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. Mr Sid Goel gave excellent care throughout seeing him, he has excellent bed side manner also, and explains the facts, procedures, pro's and con's when you see him.

Doctor Hamid is clearly experienced, has a light hearted approach and smile on his face. Overall, I had apositive patient experience with him. A few improvements to note for the future based on my experience: - I had the impression, both in the 1st call and on the day of surgery, that he was in a hurry and was looking forward to cut it short with me. - The first appointment with him was scheduled as video call and I was expecting that, however it was run by telephone. This uncommunicated and unexplained change in the moment made me uncomfortable because as a patient I'd like to build trust and easen up with the surgeon.

Great experience - no complaints. Even answered some additional questions I had.

Miss Valerie Saw recently performed very successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes and provided excellent advice and solutions to manage and significantly improve my dry eye and blepharitis conditions. During my initial consultation Miss Saw identified some complications with my left eye. She ensured further tests were carried out where required, to ensure the surgery would be a success. She is very patient and was willing to answer all my questions and is very personable and has great people skills. Miss Saw provided excellent aftercare and is supported by a great team who made sure I was looked after extremely well during the whole procedure. I now have a “new set of eyes” and can see clearly, and colours are bright, and details are sharp.
