Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The only minor comments I could make are that the control for the bed was a little impractical for the patient to use. I could see that effort had been put into making the food a better experience, and catering for a hospital is very difficult, that said nutrition is really important for recovery if anything further could be done.

Dr Roos and Dr Murthy are both very professional skilled surgeons. They make an excellent team and you are getting 2 experts which makes them unique. They discussed the best way forward for me and were realistic about the results so there were no false expectations. As well as being skilled surgeons the after care they offer is second to none. They set up a WhatsApp group so I could message them if I was concerned anytime about anything post op which was very helpful in early recovery. I have seen multiple other 'top' surgeons who made mistakes which caused me to look botched. I finally found people who not only managed to successfully correct the mistakes that past surgeons but who also genuinely care. I could not recommend them highly enough.

My experience at Vision Care was very good based on the friendly and professional staff. My Optometrist in particular was very patient, informative and understanding.

My eyes are very less dry after the excellent treatment and advice from the Dry Eye Centre. I would recommend this friendly and efficient service to anyone who has trouble with dry eyes. I got an excellent and detailed diagnosis of the state of dryness of my eyes and was taught how to care for them more efficiently. Attending the Dry Eye Centre was a really pleasant and very helpful experience.

It works very well, good caring staff and everything happened as expected.
