My daughter had grommets inserted in both ears after suffering from symptoms for a few years. Professor Bruce was great with my daughter, putting her at ease from the first consultation right the way through to the post-surgery follow-up. Professor Bruce provided all the available options to my daughter following her diagnosis. We were then given as much time as we needed for my daughter to decide how she would like to proceed. Mr Chris Duff has done a great job with my recent biopsy, leaving a very small, neat scar. These things are always worrying for a patient, but I was put at ease by Mr Duff and his lovely, caring team . Mr Duff explained the procedure in detail, and possible outcomes, and took the time to listen to my concerns, answering my many questions both before and after my procedure, in a very professional and kindly manner.
