Professor Mokbel is an expert in his field and an extremely talented surgeon. He has always ensured I am informed to make decisions, whilst being provided with kindness and compassion at such challenging times. Hence, I had as complete a picture as possible before the options were precisely explained to me. Each consultation was followed up with a comprehensive letter explaining everything we had discussed, including test results and links to relevant clinical papers and leaflets so that I could make informed decisions about my treatment. I cannot thank and recommend Dr Andrew Pieri enough!! After 10 years of not having any confidence in the way I look and always feeling embarrassed about my chest I now feel amazing! Right from the first consultation Andrews knowledge of how to achieve the exact natural results I was after and his constant support with any queries I had up until the surgery was amazing! All the staff on the day of the surgery were so lovely and I couldn’t be happier with the results, truly life changing!

From my first meeting with Mr Basu, he immediately put me at ease about my result and potential treatment. He was very empathetic in delivering my result, and I felt he was with me on my journey. His ability to explain all the variations of my cancer and where it sat in comparison to others was clear and left no room for confusion - the addition of drawing simple diagrams alongside his explanations were a bonus, as I was able to refer to these easily when explaining to my family and friends. Throughout he has maintained a friendly, professional manner, providing a positive attitude; and especially following surgery, my husband felt confident and reassured by Mr Basu’s words and body language. Providing my surgery result, which was good news, it was lovely to see Mr Basu joyful as he delivered this; again emphasising that he was on this journey with me.
