I throughly enjoyed my time at sanctuary lodge. First rate staff that are so accommodating and welcoming. The therapist team are excellent. Very knowledgeable in their field and have opened my eyes to a different way of looking at life

Therapy was useful, building and facilities are nice to be in, all staff were incredibly friendly and approachable - and they always helped me as much as they could.

I only waited for a few weeks for a place in Oasis Runcorn.

As previously mentioned the health and safety in the kitchen is high risk. Food is being prepared and clients are walking in and out of the kitchen. I'm not aware that any of the kitchen drawers are locked so could be a self harm risk. Medical dispensers aren't sterilized after use and are used multiple times across multiple clients.

Wonderful location, great staff, an excellent experience. The therapists are very professional with lots of experience. Food was good and the facilities/activities super. I would highly recommend.

I have had an excellent experience here at Delamere, the care and attention given to guests is exceptional, as are the bespoke group sessions, mentor and therapy sessions. Delamere life has improved since my last visit, the introduction of ‘fun Saturdays’, time offsite and questionnaire’s are a welcome addition. It is a shame that friends/relatives are only able to access the meeting for family support on the ‘family day’ and not on the ‘offsite Sunday’s’ that follow, I understand there is an issue in relation to the number of people onsite at any one time, therefore, maybe a presentation that could be emailed out could be an easy solution.
