The clinic was friendly and clean, and offered an efficient service.

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

I had the best experience in my life, the first time as a patient in Charing Cross hospital. I can’t find anything negative in this hospital, the staff nurses, doctors, consultants, domestic staff members, cleaners, waitresses, everyone which contributed to my care, was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, supportive kind people. I can’t thanks enough for all the efforts was put for me, I appreciate all of you for your professionalism!!!!

Amazing from start to finish kind sensitive and supportive.

Everything was handled so professionally and smoothly. No extra stress, just went through a step by step process resulting in fast, easy organisation of a date for my hip replacement. The date came through much faster than I expected. And now all completed and a week into my recovery at home. The Benenden take all the stress out of what could be a very stressful time.

Beautiful facilities but to have to wait over an hour for a private appointment was extremely frustrating and made us miss our next appointment and subsequent train. We should have at least received a text to advise us that the wait was going to be so long and we could have made arrangements so as we didn't miss our other appointment.

Very pleased with my visits to New Victoria Hospital.
