Very pleasing in all aspects

Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.

The medical care was first class. It was compassionate whilst also professional and efficient.

Started on a negative note as the surgery got cancelled last minute due to staff shortage even though they had agreed over a week prior to go ahead with my surgery. This was stressful specially as I had to prepare myself emotionally and mentally for the surgery. Once a new date was given, the nurses were friendly and looked after me well, however, there is room for improvement (ie: blood samples taken had a few attempts leaving huge bruises on my arms, long wait when called a nurse for assistance using the nurse call bottom on a few occasions - longest I waited was about 14 minutes). I must commend the following staff members who looked Maria, Tristan, (two nurses from New Zealand, apologise I forgot their names).

My experience at The Princess Grace hospital was nothing short of excellent

The breast nurses at Princess Grace hospital are outstanding , particularly Oonagh who I have had the pleasure to be cared for by . She is extremely knowable and has a very down to earth personal approach while also being very caring and kind. It has helped no end having her at the end of the phone and on email always responding promptly and taking my calls and helping me with my endless questions. Having Oonagh as my nurse has really helped get through the surgery and follow ups and minimise the anxiety that a breast cancer diagnosis brings.

Very professional, no waiting around. Good aftercare

This was not the best to begin with they forgot me on the ward I should not have been on very unhappy as left along for hours. Once on the right ward the experience was very good.
