Doctify named one of the fastest-growing health tech companies in Europe

Doctify FT1000 ranking

Doctify has recently been named as one of the fastest-growing health tech companies in Europe by the Financial Times

The FT 1000 is an annual list created by the Financial Times ranking European companies who have achieved the highest compound annual growth rate in revenue. This year’s report – which looks at data from between 2017 and 2020 – highlights the companies and sectors that have grown significantly since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

The acceleration of healthtech

The 2022 FT 1000 shows that over the past two years, demand for digital services and health-related technology has soared as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This demand has accelerated growth within the technology sector. The rate of adoption for new technologies has increased and existing technologies are being greater utilised, with people turning to digital channels more than ever before.

Doctify is on a fast-growing mission to drive trust & transparency in healthcare

At Doctify, we have been able to achieve significant growth since the beginning of the pandemic, a time when patient demand for greater transparency in healthcare increased.

The number of providers signed up to the Doctify pledge to give their patients a voice doubled, as did the number of real-time patient stories captured and published. We are proud that as a result the number of patients that we have supported with better information on their healthcare journey tripled over the same time period.

“I’m incredibly proud of the Doctify team who are dedicated to helping patients everyday. To date, we have supported over 50 million patients, who have seen and used Doctify feedback in their healthcare journey,” says Doctify’s Co-founder and Medical Director Suman Saha.

“We are excited to be part of healthcare’s digital transformation and everyday, we get to work with professionals across the industry who are passionate about not only empowering patients with a voice, but crucially using that same voice to constantly strive to improve the care they provide.

What’s next for Doctify?

Doctify is on a mission to ensure that no patient goes unheard. The growth that we have achieved so far has allowed us to add a great deal of transparency into healthcare, and we are not stopping there. We are continuing to expand across healthcare markets, grow our team and build partnerships within healthcare in order to become the leading review platform trusted by patients and providers everywhere.

“Our recent FT 1000 ranking has fuelled our motivation to achieve the Doctify mission of ensuring that no patient is ever left unheard,” says Doctify’s Co-founder and CEO Stephanie Eltz. “By 2025, we want Doctify technology to have helped 100 million patients access the best specialists. We aim to establish real trust and transparency within healthcare so that people everywhere can hear from fellow patients with the same conditions across the world.”
