Dr Nicholas Herodotou is a Palliative Medicine Consultant currently working for the private practise OSD healthcare and One Healthcare private hospitals. His NHS base is Luton and Dunstable University Hospital, in Luton. Dr Herodotou specialises in palliative medicine, neuro-degenerative conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease and end of life care discussions in patients with advanced dementia. His clinical interests are symptom management for cancer and non-cancer with advanced progressive irreversible, life limiting conditions.

Dr Herodotou qualified as a doctor in 1995. He has many qualifications including BSc (Hons), a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy from University College London. He became a consultant in 2009. His many years of education and clinical experience make him and expert in his field.

Dr Herodotou is an honorary clinical lecturer at University College London Medical School alongside his clinical work. He was awarded a ‘Top Teacher' award by students. He lectures with the aim to inspire and motivate as well as educate his students.
