I was treated by Mr Colaco for a ruptured distal bicep tendon. Throughout my treatment from initial consultation through to post operative review Mr Colaco was superb. He explained the procedure in detail, including post operative recovery, and as far as I can tell the procedure was very successful. He also ensured that the operation was done in a short timeframe, and was flexible in accommodating this. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mr Colaco.

Clearly an expert. He looked after me well following a shoulder dislocation. Was seen quickly, everything was checked throughly and luckily no surgery was needed

It would have been useful if he could have had access to my mri during the follow up consultation and to hear a comparison to the one several years earlier

Very diligent, intelligent, and highly capable shoulder specialist, who helped me fully recovery from serious shoulder injuries and got me back to playing full-contact ice hockey at age 46!

Mr Colaco listed to where I wanted the outcome to be, meaning I didn’t want to just have a fix that could accommodate a sedative lifestyle. I am very active and fitness is very important to me not just from a physical standpoint, but mentally too. So with that in mind, he looked at what the best option was to give the best possible outcome.

Helpful, reassuring, very knowledgeable, explained my op clearly.
