I attended with horrendous toothache. The dentist explained what needed to happen and came up with a plan. I felt listened to and cared for.

I was very upset to be charged another £26.80! I paid £70 in March to have a white filling done then 3 weeks ago it started to break, therefore I came back to have it rectified. The dentist I saw, not the original lady, Kia I think her name was, told me it was nothing to do with the latest filling but a previous one on the same tooth. I beg to differ as it was in the same place as the new filling. So either it wasn’t done properly or she had disturbed something from the previous one. However, I am not happy with the service I received and his argument with me. I have worked in the health service most of my working life and was always taught the patient is correct and not to be argued with.

I went in for my appointment on time, the waiting area was spotless and the staff on reception were very polite.

All round satisfaction.
