I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.

Great experience with Dylan - really helped me get back onto my feet after my hip flexor tendinopathy in the build up to my ultramarathon. The exercises he prescribed were tailor-made to my condition and I feel more confident now.

Emmanuel (Manni) is super knowledgeable and articulate with his advice and expertise. I had such a positive experience, learning a lot about where I have areas to improve, and how to tackle these whilst being mindful of the rest of my ongoing training plan and injury history. Excellent physio who gave me drills and circuit to recover asap from my injuries. The fact that he is an athlete as well as an excellent physio really helps

Adam knows so much and seems to be always learning more. He is a very calming and caring presence. He’s taught me how to tackle pain and know root causes rather than just treat symptoms. Highly recommend.
