My sessions with Rich were a life line during a difficult period in my life. His honest approach led me to confront aspects of my personality I hadn’t considered, and helped me enormously. I left each session with more self knowledge, and now my sessions are over I feel like I have a new tool box of strategies and self awareness that will stand me in good stead for the future.

Louise has been brilliant with me, taking me from having regular issues and working to get me back to my normal happy self. All within the space of a couple of months! Really happy and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

Katharine offered the perfect balance of support and, when necessary, challenge to us and our teen daughter. Our daughter was wary about starting therapy, but Katharine offered a reassuring presence right from the start. It's always tricky thinking about "progress" in therapy, and things never "improve" in a straight line, but our daughter learned tools from Katharine that have made a real difference in how she copes with things.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. Tini struck the balance needed, she was kind, her explanations were clear, our conversations frank at times and very open. Tini is an excellent guide in what was the first experience of talking about autism with a professional.

Matina is very good at giving me ways that reframe my thinking to help get me out of my anxiety funks. Additionally she is very compassionate. Sometimes, therapists can be quite dry l and that makes it difficult to be open about the issues we deal with. I find that her compassionate manner makes me feel ok to be open and honest and not feel foolish for feeling the way I do. Overall I am feeling more equipped at handling anxieties

Ifigeneia is an amazing professional. Not only is she knowledgeable and an expert in her field, but she has a great way of thinking and a very practical and humane approach to matters. She is solution driven and has a genuine care and interest in helping which we find refreshing and rare in our days.
