I can’t recommend Mr Trikha enough to anyone planning surgery for Torn cartilage in the knee joint including meniscal tear or any other surgery for that matter. I was apprehensive as this was my first ever surgery but he reassured me and thoroughly explained the procedure and outcome which made me feel at ease. Saw the professor in April 2023 regarding an old rotator cuff repair that had broken down. After thoroughly checking my problem, his recommendation was for a reverse shoulder replacement. What I valued, apart from his friendly approach, was the detailed explanation given to me as to what I could expect from such an operation. I have seen the professor twice since then - a month after the operation and again in late May. Once again - detailed information and advice given, and my wife invited to come in to the examination. She much appreciated this involvement, knowing what to expect (and not expect!). I have been discharged now and things have gone almost exactly as Professor Jariwala predicted. His operation has improved my life in several ways. After 4 months since the operation, I have much more use of the arm which had been deteriorating over the previous two years. Great guy, brilliant "bedside manner" and gave honest appraisal.
