Mr Stapleton was a pleasure to be around, he kept me calm and relaxed when I'm not particularly good around needles etc. He has a great depth of knowledge and is a real people person, I couldn't recommend him more.

Mr Singh was clear immediately what the issue was with my toe joint and explained clearly the options to allow me to make an informed decision. Very polite and friendly. I wasn't completely certain about how long I would be off work for. I was told we wouldn't know until my foot was opened up to see what was wrong. Mr Dhinsa tried to talk to me about the surgery when I was in recovery, but I'm not sure that was the best place as I wasn't with it! I'd have preferred it if he could have come and seen me and my husband afterwards so I could understand what had happened. I also had questions about me recovery and would have liked that opportunity to ask him.

Absolutely amazing from bed side manner to him having understanding I was very nervous when having treatment Nikhil spoke to me reassured me explained every step of the way about what he was doing next. Nikhil has given me my life back, he listened to my concerns, before him I felt this was my life struggling to walk, falling on so many consultants deaf ears. Due to Nikhils expertese & precise professional knowledge I couldn't wish for more, yes this is ongoing but at least in-between treatments I can actually walk with little pain I have full confidence & trust in Nikhil. I found Andrew a simply excellent Surgeon. He uses cutting edge technology with tailor made ankle prosthetics. He explains very clearly what is involved and is with you every step of your journey. The operation for an ankle replacement at the Wellington was seamless. I was out 2 days later, pain free. There was minimal swelling and 2 months later you can hardly notice the scar. Due to the precision of Andrew's surgery and detailed follow-up Recovery Plan I am looking to return to my profession within 11 weeks of the operation.
