I saw an ad for Resolved Physio through Instagram and initially had a phone consultation with Nick. From that call I felt confident that Nick would be able to help me with my foot/ leg issue, particularly as I was going on an 11 day trek 6 weeks later. Nick was able to diagnose the issue straight away and started treatment immediately which also included exercises for me to do daily, which were reviewed and updated with each session. Sending videos of the exercises was brilliant so I knew I was doing them correctly. As a last resort in case of issues whilst I was trekking, Nick also provided a taping solution for my foot, to take the pressure off the tendon and shot a video of him taping my own foot so I could practise (just in case). Needless to say I didn't need to tape my foot at all. Nick treats his patient with amazing care, is attentive to everything and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I cannot thank Daniel enough, being a runner who has suffered with shin splints for years I never thought a) I would be rid of the dreaded pain, or b)I'd ever be able to train to run a marathon. However Daniel's skills and knowledge changed this, he built my confidence as a runner and helped me to believe hard things are possible. Being able to run distances of 32km pain free meant everything to me. It is clear that Daniel is passionate about restoring his clients to performance. He is patient in his approach and is very client centred. I would highly recommend his services.

Alex is an outstanding physiotherapist. Originally from Belgium, I currently live in London. After undergoing shoulder surgery in Brussels, I had to immediately travel to London for my studies. Alex managed my entire rehabilitation process with exceptional skill. Thanks to his efforts, my shoulder has completely healed, allowing me to even go skiing! Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. Really great experience with Dr. Bav today at his Marylebone clinic. I was seen for a chronic cervical spine issue and i felt all my concerns were listened to during the appointment, he was great at explaining what was happening during the examination and treatment and i left feeling better straight away and Looking forward to the follow ups to continue with the improvements. Definitely would recommend him!

I've had three Bodyset physios and all are great. So I was pleased that Martina is very nice and caring and asks alot about my medical condition, offering advice and help. The exercises she prescribed are good and I am working through them and hopefully will find they help my back and neck. She is very thorough with the massage of my back and neck and listens when I request anything. My only thing is that I wish Martina was at my local Wapping branch as I dont like commuting too far due to my medical condition but its all fine as she is great.
