Dr. Balaratnam was extremely calming and excellent at putting me at ease. He assisted me with swallowing the Allurion balloon and made the experience a happy one. I would recommend him for future patients having this procedure.

My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.
