Very good experience although much longer wait than anticipated. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.

I found everyone to most helpful, polite and friendly from the nursing staff, doctors, the cleaning staff and the catering staff.

I had a really positive experience. The whole process seemed effortless and my enquiry was taken seriously from the very beginning of me reaching out to Jaqueline (Personal Assistant)at the Phoenix Hospital Group. I really appreciate Dr Hargrave attention to detail by examining my feet and then confirming all the key information around surgery and recovery times etc. Thank you so much.
