Had a telephone consultation with professor Nardo, as always very perfessional, he listened and explained everything I needed to know and made me feel so much better and positive. I chose to take his opinion on something I was diagnosed with, since I had my fibroids removed 4 years ago by prof Nardo and it was a life changing procedure for me and I can not thank him enough for saving my life .

Dr Parikh was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain all the procedures and planning with my husband and I in person, and always responded to my emails. Going through IVF and finding an egg donor is so emotional and difficult, but I felt very looked after by Jaya and the great time at The Lister. We met Dr Parikh in 2017 and we now have two beautiful and healthy daughters.

Jyoti made me feel at ease from the day I first met. Reassured the process and gave me confidence in the clinics ability to help. Her personality is so genuine too.

Dr Bora helped us navigate, what would normally be a somewhat confusing journey, with optimism. She took the time to personalize our treatment protocol and it is thanks to her and the lovely team of nurses that we are now expecting our first baby.

Mr Bracewell Milnes is brilliant and we couldn't recommend him more highly. He explained things in a way which was very clear and guided us through all stages. Nothing was too much trouble and he always made time for us. Very responsive to emails and patient with our never ending questions!

Dr Bodri provided all the information about the procedure and possible side effects in a simple and easy to understand way. He listened to my concerns and answered all my queries.

Dr Ali is always friendly and professional. He is kind and sensitive and reads people well. He is great at explaining medical details in layman's terms and ensuring you are well-informed to make the best decision. We recently worked with him on a doner egg collection and he was great with my family and niece (doner) who was quite (unexpectedly) emotional after the event. The fact that he was sensitive to her needs and allowed her the space and grace to recover and compose herself before we saw her, was very sweet and professional. We look forward to the ongoing journey with Dr Ali and fingers crossed for a successful ending.

My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. I would also like to thank his whole team for providing such excellent service and care. I am really glad that I chose the Lister and I would definitely recommend the clinic and Mr Nicopoullos to anyone who is interested in egg freezing or fertility treatment.
