I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Mistry exceeded all my expectations. From my first visit I felt he genuinely has compassion for his patients. I was experiencing severe issues due to chronic insomnia. He made me feel at ease immediately and was very easy to talk to as well as being reassuring. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the most complex of sleep problems. I felt he was truly dedicated to help me and I had complete trust in his vast expertise and advice. I very much appreciated his services when I found myself needing additional support, he was always prompt at replying to my requests and arranging the support I needed to get me through some very difficult times, the advice given was invaluable. I had one RTT session with Elizabeth. I have been watching Marisa Peers on YouTube and have bought 2 of her books, however I felt I needed the help of an RTT therapist to expedite my recovery. After the session, I didn’t sleep well the night after the session. The next day I was still able to function and felt good all day (I haven’t felt good for more than 1.5 years due to a breakdown of a long term relationship and soon after that having to go through cancer diagnosis and treatments. The night after that I had a full night sleep. I woke up feeling really good and ‘complete’. It was a wonderful feeling. I felt so much love for myself and I feel so peaceful. I have never felt this way ever. I didn't feel any fear or guilt or bad about myself. I carried these feelings all the time even when I was seemingly 'fulfilled' and ‘happy’ with my long term partner (now ex) or on holiday or home abroad with my family and old friends. Those feelings were always there deep down. Listening to the bespoke hypnosis recording done by Elizabeth daily also helps. My wife met Felix with my 16 year old son today. My son has had a fear of food after a bout of gastro enteritis at 18 months old. He had an extremely limited food intake, mainly beige foods with no food or vegetables. Before leaving Felix today my son had tried at least 11 or 12 new foods. By the end of the evening he’d tried 17 new foods. I cannot thank Felix enough for his time today. My son has a totally different outlook on food, and is already asking for foods to try and seeking them out himself. Such an amazing transformation, and one that my wife and I have found overwhelming and extremely emotional. I highly recommend Felix, and so does my son. It’s never too late to change.
