I immediately felt comfortable during my consultation with Miss Hunter who took time in explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was shown before and after photos of patients who had the same procedure that I was contemplating. I left the consultation feeling confident on what could be achieved. I am almost 1-year post surgery (breast reduction & lift) and I am delighted with the results. My sister accompanied me on the consultations and post-op checks and suffice is to say that when she decided she was ready for some self-improvement she also went to Miss Hunter and she too had a great experience and result. I also want to mention Miss Hunter's PA Sophie who was excellent as well as being kind and patient.

Mr Sarakbi was very understanding and patient from start to finish. He listened carefully to my concerns, I was having breast implant replacement due to the age of my existing implants. I didn't want to change anything really, but had some concerns about rippling. Mr Sarakbi recommended a great set of implants that were like for like, and I was very happy with. He explained carefully about the risks involved - some I knew about, some I didn't. He gave me a lot of information to read. On the day I was nervous, but his whole team were really supportive and pleasant, especially Tina his assistant breast specialist nurse. I'm very happy with the outcome and definitely recommend him.

My experience with Mr Khan was very positive. I felt very comfortable and at ease from my very first appointment and I really felt he gave me as much time as I needed and explained everything to me with such care. I feel beyond blessed to have found Mr Khan and I am so grateful for everything he has done to make this process easier for me.

From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care. After 4 days I felt much better and after my cast was taken off two weeks later people who saw me were unaware I’d had anything done. I’m so delighted with the result and have a new found confidence. After waiting so long to get it done I couldn’t be happier. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Townley and his team to anyone wishing to have rhinoplasty.

From my first meeting with Mr Basu, he immediately put me at ease about my result and potential treatment. He was very empathetic in delivering my result, and I felt he was with me on my journey. His ability to explain all the variations of my cancer and where it sat in comparison to others was clear and left no room for confusion - the addition of drawing simple diagrams alongside his explanations were a bonus, as I was able to refer to these easily when explaining to my family and friends. Throughout he has maintained a friendly, professional manner, providing a positive attitude; and especially following surgery, my husband felt confident and reassured by Mr Basu’s words and body language. Providing my surgery result, which was good news, it was lovely to see Mr Basu joyful as he delivered this; again emphasising that he was on this journey with me.
