I had fantastic results with Mr. Cavale. I knew his work would be excellent as I am a nurse who had seen some of his previous cases. I had my first consultation with him a year prior to actually having surgery. He applied no pressure or sale pitches to pressure me in to surgery with him (having gone to other plastic surgeons for consultations I can say this is not the norm). My results speak volumes. From my first meeting with Mr Basu, he immediately put me at ease about my result and potential treatment. He was very empathetic in delivering my result, and I felt he was with me on my journey. His ability to explain all the variations of my cancer and where it sat in comparison to others was clear and left no room for confusion - the addition of drawing simple diagrams alongside his explanations were a bonus, as I was able to refer to these easily when explaining to my family and friends. Throughout he has maintained a friendly, professional manner, providing a positive attitude; and especially following surgery, my husband felt confident and reassured by Mr Basu’s words and body language. Providing my surgery result, which was good news, it was lovely to see Mr Basu joyful as he delivered this; again emphasising that he was on this journey with me.

I did a lot of research before choosing Dr Awad. From my first initial consultation he made me feel at ease, he took his time to explain the procedure and answered all of my questions. I never went to see another surgeon as I knew I wanted Dr Awad. On the day of my operation I was so nervous about the procedure my blood pressure went really high however, when I had my pre op consultation with Dr Awad I felt immediately in safe hands and I relaxed. I am absolutely delighted with my breast lift and augmentation. Dr Awad is an amazingly talented surgeon and I can’t thank him enough.

This period is a haze. I put my trust in Mr Gosh by choice. If in a few years time I have to go through again I will be asking for Mr Gosh to be my surgeon.
