The booking of the appointment was very stress free and straightforward thanks to a wonderful PA Sue who explains every little detail prior to the session. Katie herself is very professional and makes the conversation more than a medical chat. She offers a great deal of support, useful resources and a plan of treatment in a very calm, warm and compassionate manner.

We have had a very pleasant experience with Ana-Kristina, she takes time to go through the process, provide explanation of each steps and has a pragmatic approach. Our calls have always been very informative and re-assuring at the same time. Very professional with a great deal of experience and knowledge in her field.

I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
