The next day I was still able to function and felt good all day (I haven’t felt good for more than 1.5 years due to a breakdown of a long term relationship and soon after that having to go through cancer diagnosis and treatments. The night after that I had a full night sleep. I woke up feeling really good and ‘complete’. It was a wonderful feeling. I felt so much love for myself and I feel so peaceful. I have never felt this way ever. I didn't feel any fear or guilt or bad about myself. I carried these feelings all the time even when I was seemingly 'fulfilled' and ‘happy’ with my long term partner (now ex) or on holiday or home abroad with my family and old friends. Those feelings were always there deep down. Listening to the bespoke hypnosis recording done by Elizabeth daily also helps. I have only just started my process with Ryan, so I am sure there is more learning to be had. But the process so far has been great. Ryan is attentive, encouraging, and kind and has been able to provide a challenging lens to things without being discouraging. I feel optimistic about the future and most importantly I no longer feel like I am tackling things alone. I am looking forward to continued progress throughout this process.
