Why did you choose to send out automated feedback links?

I started to collect feedback because I wanted to better understand my patients’ experiences. Automating my feedback links means that I now have access to a consistent flow of reviews that are always up-to date. With Doctify, I also receive an email if I get a review of 3 stars or less so that I can make sure I reply and put steps in place to make their experiences better in the future. Patients really appreciate it when doctors take a complaint seriously and respond. A negative review can actually play in our favour.

When patients visit my Doctify profile, they not only want to see a high volume of reviews, but also recent feedback. Automating my feedback links makes sure that my future patients have the information that they need before getting in contact.

How have automated feedback links helped you?

First of all, it has helped me to avoid additional work for my secretary. I just don’t have to think about review collection anymore. 

Secondly, receiving regular and honest feedback from my patients has helped me to recognise the areas of my practice I can make better for them. I have been able to put processes in place and make slight tweaks so that my patients can get the very best from me.

How do you use automated feedback links?

At this moment in time, I’m including a Doctify link in every invoice that I send out. That way every patient I see has the opportunity to leave me feedback. I am currently waiting for a feature to be added to my practice software system. A dedicated review email will then be sent out to each patient after their appointment. 

When I am able to send out a dedicated email, the conversion rate of patients leaving a review will be even better.
