Sonal is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients and their wellbeing. Before I saw her I couldn’t fully turn my head to the left and after 2 sessions with her, now I can! It’s a freeing feeling especially after 18 months of constant pain. My posture is also terrible from the job that I do so she’s also taught me some exercises to do when I’m at home.
