Dr Sheena Kumar is an experienced, HCPC-registered and chartered Counselling Psychologist based in London. She has over 15 years of experience working in both the NHS and private sector, now working exclusively across the private sector where she provides psychological therapy and coaching.

Dr Kumar specialises in stress and anxiety therapy and is passionate about helping highly driven people who are being held back by pressure and worry. Over the 15 years of her career, she has found that being able to help people find freedom from the weight of stress and anxiety is the most rewarding part of her job. She has a fresh and dynamic approach to psychotherapy whilst still using evidence-based practices. 

She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at London South Bank University, followed by her Doctor of Psychology degree in Counselling Psychology at City, University of London. She is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society in Counselling Psychology.

She is trained in many different therapies and coaching techniques including the following:
