Mr Walcak: "I pride myself that I and my team are always able to provide a rapid and efficient response to any concern or complication. I feel most strongly that as a Surgeon my responsibility to the patients under my care extends to any problems experienced following discharge, and I feel that I and my team, rather than your General Practitioner, should be on hand to deal with any concerns."

I was nervous of the operation as friends had warned me of the acute pain that they had had. I had NO pain at all and didn`t have to take any pain killers and haven`t taken any since.
Delighted that it was not as bad as you feared ! Thank you for the review and take care

Mr Walczak welcomed both me and my husband and, after a few questions, proceeded to explain the options available to me, including surgery, and what would be involved. I mentioned my apprehension and aversion to needles at which point he made every effort to put my mind at rest. Following the results of the X-rays a further discussion took place where, again, Mr Walczak took the time and trouble to explain the pros and cons of the proposed operation.
Thank you for your kind words, looking forwards to helping you get your life back

He has changed my life! Now I have had both my knees successfully replaced, I am able to do so many things I couldn’t do for a very long time. He is a very charming man who explained everything clearly and put me at ease. The follow up and after care has been excellent too. I can’t thank him enough!
Wow, that's really kind of you to say! Don't forget, I gave you the tools, but you did the heavy lifting. Please use your knees, wisely and take care.
