Daren Fletcher is an accomplished Osteopath, qualified at the British School of Osteopathy in 1996, he has great experience in sports injury, working alongside Dr Anne Redgrave for 5 years treating elite athletes. Many of Daren's clients partake in extreme sports such as open water swimming, triathlons, Iron man competitions, and rowing, in which he works to help them achieve their goals and relieve their sports-related problems.

Daren offers treatments involving, spinal articulation, specific joint manipulation, and deep tissue massage. Furthermore, he has much experience in postural alignment, orthotic prescription and also works in the specialist ankle and foot clinic. He also specializes in orthotics, sports massage, sports performance, and ergonomic desk assessments.

Daren has a specific interest in posture by using sport-specific bio-mechanical video analysis, Daren is able to identify problems in your posture which may ultimately lead to injury.

Outside of work Daren leads an active lifestyle, enjoying running, cycling, gym, pilates, and golf. He believes to help his clients he must be a practitioner who participates in a wide variety of sport, helping him relate more to his clients.
