Explanation

Having lost the vision in my right eye due to intraocular dislocation I was feeling quite depressed when I first met mr Casswell. I found his relaxed yet knowledgeable manner especially reassuring and despite my own personal concerns it gave me the confidence to go ahead with an operation that I felt might have higher than normal risk factors. The actual operation a few weeks later was a complete success and allowed me to return to all the sporting activities I take part in with my vision intact, in fact somewhat better than it was before my trauma. I am extremely grateful for the positive experience I had and I would highly recommend Mr Casswells surgical skills to any patient facing eye issues and was apprehensive of the surgery that might follow.

Explanation

Few people like having to attend hospital but from the outset of eye surgery on my right eye it has been an absolute pleasure. Mr Casswell is an absolute gent who fully explained my eye procedure from start to finish - so much so that when I was invited to ask any questions, there was nothing he hadn’t covered. I left the hospital feeling I had been the only patient on his books. Well done Ed!
