Dr Caldwell is kind, compassionate and very knowledgable. He always puts us at ease and explains the importance of looking after your teeth in a nice manner to my daughters.

I was dreading root canal treatment after having severe pain on my back tooth, but Daniel made the experience relaxing and pain free. He has a very reassuring way that helps you feel calm and explains things so you understand. I was surprised at how comfortable it was and how quick the pain went away. Now I'm completely pain free and wont worry so much if have to have root canal in the future.

Daniel always takes time to explain why he’s doing a particular procedure, and what will happen. He also talks to you throughout to warn you of any sensations you may experience at each step. Very calming and reassuring.
