Couldn’t feel we are in better hands. Took time to empathise, actually demonstrate and scientifically explain and understand our individual case. I learnt so much in that hour, I didn’t learn through 6 months in a previous IVF clinic. Night and day from previous IVF clinic doctors who rotate and just see you as a generic IVF. I feel she will be with us the whole journey which is crucial to having hope.
