Ultrasound-guided injections can be administered on a one-stop shop approach, with daily ultrasound clinics running in parallel with consultations. We offer newer injectible treatments such as Arthrosamid and nStride for knee OA, as well as PRP and injections of steroid, Hylauronic Acid (Ostenil).
With a team of dedicated Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons, Pain Physicians, Neurophysiologist, MSK Radiologists, Hand Therapist and MSK Podiatrist, the Clinic provides patients with a unique blend of personalised multi-disciplinary care, akin to a small family practice with the accessibility of a state-of-the-art treatment centre in central London.

Dr Halfpenny and the nurse working with him were exceptionally kind, skilled and friendly. I was made to feel safe and appreciated all of the drinks and help from reception staff whilst I waited. Staff in generally are so friendly. Feedback wise, I was using crutches and struggled with the heavy non-automatic doors. The wait-time for my Dr was quite long, but that’s because he is doing such a brilliant job for each person. Thank you!

The London Orthopaedic Clinic has always provided excellent advice and support over the years for medical assessments (e.g. nerve pain) and procedures such as guided ultrasound steroid injections for hand issues; outcomes have always been successful and expectations sensitively managed.
