A good experience

I have been in the Lister in many occasions both as an out patient and an inpatient. It started off very well indeed, went through a rough phase 3-5 years ago, but is now back to excellence.

Convenient hospital for follow-ups. I was a little disappointed that the Lister send me home without painkillers due to the internal pharmacy being shut. A little forward planning for patients is very easy to do and would avoid unnecessary issues.

I see Miss Roach at the Lister every year and always find the staff helpful. The only issue is often a delay in the imaging department
