Appointments have always run on time. The building is warm and clean. The pods are functional and entirely fit for purpose. Staff are friendly.

The staff in reception where welcoming, kind and put me at ease. They helped me complete the relevant forms and book me for a further appointment. Very caring front of house staff. Clean throughout and no wait time at all. Appointment was on time
