Straightforward checking in process.

Friendly receptionist. Fantastic nurses. Looked after me really well when having surgery. Nice facilities.

Booking was a little problematic, I recalled picking a date and time from the app, but never received confirmation, I called vitality on the day I expected to visit and they stated I didn’t have a booking but could have one early morning and a week later. They called Spire and said I had the wrong date, and that in fact it was a week later at 8am.
