The admin team were helpful and caring explaining all the facilities available. My room was clean, tidy with TV and wireless access. Food an drink was supplied after my procedure, this was well presented. The nursing staff including Physiotherapist were professional conducting tests and explaining my recovery.

Overall a good experience of the Nuffield, however I feel communication to the patient could be improved.

Very good experience for me, certainly a world away from my experience of NHS Hospitals. I had two Achilles tendon operations, pre and post operation appointments along with numerous physio appointments to aid my rehabilitation at The Nuffield Brighton Hospital. Facilities are modern, clean and the staff professional whilst remaining friendly and welcoming. Good to see free parking available, always able to easily park. Pleasant rooms and good food. I was very well looked after during both my overnight stays.

Nuffield is always helpful although I did have an issue with parking . It was resolved but admin was a pain to deal with . As a customer/patient you shouldn’t have to deal with that.
