I was kept waiting and was told by receptionist that my appointment had been overlooked. Mr Andrew’s stated the delay was due to patients arriving late due to traffic

The only reason why I rated less on overall experience was because of the car park. Too small and always full. I spent almost 30 minutes to find a parking space and now I’m worried I may get a ticket due to parking hurriedly so I don’t miss the appointment
