I had an excellent experience with Mr Asit Arora and his team. Every detail of the initial and follow-up appointment was clearly explained to me, included the results of a hearing test prescribed. The only downside is that I had to reschedule twice due to Mr Arora's agenda.

I was seen promptly. Mr. Fayad was very professional and friendly. He was a good listener and communicator. I received my follow up letter 5 days after my appointment.
