Overall I had a very positive experience with Dr Lui. He was clear, explained the science behind what was causing me issues and very rational with respect to his recommendations. He made me feel very comfortable in understanding where the problem originated from and recommendations of treatment.

Superb, I'm really pleased with my treatment. I had a pinched nerve which radiated pain down my right arm to my fingertips all day, every day. Dr Reynolds saw me & I was sent to have scans & tests. When the results came back, they confirmed a pinched nerve, along with significant degenerative changes occurring in one particular area of my neck. Dr Reynolds then requested a nerve block to see if that could alleviate the pain, which it did, but ultimately, I needed surgery. I had a complete understanding of why I was having surgery, what was the preferred approach was the (also, what plan b might be) and what the chances of success were. I find Dr Reynolds very professional but personable as well to make sure I understood some of the jargon. The operation was a success, in my opinion, & I am incredibly thankful to Dr Reynolds for the fantastic experience so far.

I was treated with care, compassion and given a lot of detail and support and time for all my questions by Mr Prezerakos. I opted for a discectomy after several consultations and physiotherapy as the first step of treatment, but was in too much pain to walk, so had the surgery and am pleased to report all of my pain has gone and the surgey was successful.

Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.

Had bad back pain, which Ramesh quickly identified as a slipped disc. Super friendly, understanding and importantly knowledgeable!! Was given the correct medication to relieve the pain while i was referred for a MRI and CT injection. Top quality consultant who acted super efficiently.

Having already had a bad experience with NHS general surgeons, I was expecting Mr Al Ani to be correcting NHS mess up and completing the surgery. However, I arrived, NBM, only to have a consultation, which I thought had been done on the Saturday. We have now agreed to complete the procedure in August. I guess this was all down to miscommunication. That said, Mr Al Ani is a very nice consultant and I’m confident that he will resolve the mess created by NHS general surgeons.

Mr Taylor is not only an excellent surgeon but also very empathetic. I went to see him in September 2023 and I was in intolerable pain. Within 2 weeks he operated and I woke up pain free. After 6 months I have full movement in my neck, the pain has not returned and my scar is barely visible.
