Absolutely amazing from bed side manner to him having understanding I was very nervous when having treatment Nikhil spoke to me reassured me explained every step of the way about what he was doing next. Nikhil has given me my life back, he listened to my concerns, before him I felt this was my life struggling to walk, falling on so many consultants deaf ears. Due to Nikhils expertese & precise professional knowledge I couldn't wish for more, yes this is ongoing but at least in-between treatments I can actually walk with little pain I have full confidence & trust in Nikhil. My whole experience with Mr Sheeraz has been exceptional from when I was first refered to now, over the past few year’s Mr Sheeraz and his team have explored every angle of my symptoms in order to determine whether a full knee replacement would reduce or completely remove my pain, after all of these were looked into it was determined that my knee was very worn out and the only path was surgery, which was carried out on 1/3/24 and I cannot thank Mr Sheeraz and his team and all who were involved in making my quality of life, pain and mental state so much better for it, I feel amazing even though it had only been eight weeks since my procedure my progress has been great and I’m looking forward to being totally pain free once fully healed. Thank you so much Mr Sheeraz and your team for all your hard work and dedication to helping me get to this point, you have no idea how much of a difference this will make in my life, with work and just every day life.

Great experience with Mr Imbuldeniya - very thorough with his explanations both pre and post operation. Definitely made me feel at ease about the operation and would highly recommend him to anyone else requiring surgery!

Mr Guryel was very attentive and meticulous when discussing my elbow fracture and whether it was healing well in position or whether I needed reconstructive surgery. So he asked the imaging department if they could do an unscheduled CT scan. This showed it was all good and so I avoided an operation. As did the NHS.

Kind & warm & painless procedure

The experience was excellent in every respect. I did think I/we had made a decision to proceed with a hip replacement, instead of other measures described, but now that I have read the Professor`s post-consultation letter, I am not sure a replacement is agreed. For the avoidance of doubt, I DO want to have a hip rplacement, please.

Mr Stott explained the results of my MRI very well and also why it was important to have hip replacement surgery as soon as possible, while my myeloma is in remission.
