Mr Ho explained every little detail about my eye condition so exquisitely, he gave me complete understanding and confidence to move forward to the operation day. I thoroughly enjoyed going through that procedure with him, his wonderful secretary Katie, his outstanding skill in eye surgery and the care and precision in after care was beyond my dreams. To learn that, just 4 weeks after surgery, the macular hole has already closed was so exciting and I am forever grateful to Mr Ho and his team for their exceptional kindness and professionalism. I first saw Mr Kashani as an NHS patient and then privately, for over a year. I was dealing with very serious uveitis and throughout my time as his patient he has been absolutely outstanding. Also, being autistic, there are a lot of challenges with medical appointments and Mr Kashani has been nothing but kind, patient, extremely thorough and professional. Even when very obviously extremely busy, he always gives time to listen, and just as importantly, explain and discuss procedures and treatments. He has undoubtedly saved my vision.

This was my second cataract operation and last time I was told off for flinching. Dr Pasu had such a calm bedside manner and talked me through the whole procedure as he operated. He calmed me down and altogether he was absolutely fantastic. Thank you.

I am glad to have my life back after the recent laser treatment with Mr Gudsoorkar. My vision had getting progressively cloudy over the last 2 years . I was worried my multifocal lens implants . He explained this was due to thick misty membranes behind the implants and carried out the laser treatment the same day . Fantastic result !!

Doctor Hamid is clearly experienced, has a light hearted approach and smile on his face. Overall, I had apositive patient experience with him. A few improvements to note for the future based on my experience: - I had the impression, both in the 1st call and on the day of surgery, that he was in a hurry and was looking forward to cut it short with me. - The first appointment with him was scheduled as video call and I was expecting that, however it was run by telephone. This uncommunicated and unexplained change in the moment made me uncomfortable because as a patient I'd like to build trust and easen up with the surgeon.

Mr Sian is an extremely professional consultant with great interpersonal skills. From day one I had full confidence in him.

Tom is an exceptional consultant, following a failed operation under the NHS, which made me very apprehensive of undergoing further surgery, I was put at ease by Tom's understanding of my concerns and reassurance of the positive outcome I could expect. Tom took time to explain in detail what the procedure would entail and the aftercare that was required to ensure the operation was a success and did not reoccur. His bedside manner and empathy towards my nervousness were excellent and made me feel at ease both before and during the operation. Unfortunately I have had my fair share of operations for different ailments and would rate Tom as one of the best consultants that I have been treated by.
