Mr Gray is clearly very experienced, yet his manner exudes confidence and puts one at ease. He is very approachable and is happy to answer questions and offer reassurance when needed. I was extremely impressed by Dr Kwan MBE’s availability at such notice and how quickly he came back with my results. On both consultations he was very calm and explained everything in great detail which reflected his knowledge and experience in the subject of Nephrology. He ordered a very detailed battery of tests to obtain as much understanding of what was wrong with me. I had a good number of questions during my consultations in detail. I have known of Mr Tadtayev for some years as an NHS patient who had treated me under that umbrella. I was continually being moved along waiting lists by the NHS and I was aware the Mr Tadtayev also practiced privately. It made huge sense for me to pay for his services at a private hospital to carry out a surgery I had otherwise waited some 5 years for on the NHS. He knew my medical history and paying privately was an obvious step otherwise I would probably still be waiting on an NHS list.
