The experience with MR Ravinder was a positive one, he was calm and explained everything very well and also answered to all the wuestions that we had. He was patient with my daugher even though she was noisy and had no patience left as it was late. Thank you for a positive experience.

I had chronic loss of smell and taste/flavour for over 3 months. I entered into the first meeting with Alam with trepidation and low expectation of anything improving. How wrong I was. Importantly, Alam firstly put me at ease with assurances that we'd get to the root cause and work out a plan of action. He diagnosed me quickly and delivered his diagnosis with confidence and assurance whilst keeping conversation light and in a way I could understand exactly what was going on. I could not have found a better doctor. Energetic, kind and considerate. He does work long hours though so expect out of office hours meetings at unusual times but a small price to pay for the supreme service.

Dr. Al-Khateeb made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my visit. He explained the ear anatomy, procedures and tests very well and showed me the test results clarifying my doubts. I recommend!

Nick Clive is kind and friendly and has made me feel so much better . Everything I asked, he had the answer.
