After many years of experiencing hearing loss and seeing various professionals I finally met Mr Alam Hannan, who has been incredible. From the start he has been very kind, approachable and professional alongside being a clear specialist in his field and very knowledgeable. I had seen him for my Daughter and myself and he so seamlessly joined all our past findings, did his own examination and tests and has explained to us our future pathways and options. Each step of the way from consultation, to tests, diagnoses and treatment options have been thoroughly explained with plenty of time and patience for questions. I would not want to see anyone else. He is the gold standard for Doctors!

Mr Whittaker was very kind, calm and patient with my four year old son, explaining him what would be happening and making him feel included by letting him ask his own questions about the appointment. As a parent, this is really appreciated. I left the clinic reassured and informed.

Very good and professional

I had a tympanoplasty on my left ear and Mr Manjaly's expertise, knowledge and care has been evident throughout. From the initial appointment the treatment options were made clear and the risks and benefits of each option. He explained everything clearly and I understood what the surgery would entail should I opt to go ahead with treatment. On the day of the surgery he checked how I was before and after the procedure. I felt I was in the best care possible and have had a successful result following the surgery. My hearing has improved and I have had no re-occurrence of infections and issues prior to the surgery.

Mr Jumani introduced himself and his experience relative to consultants seen previously. Clearly understood my concerns and completed thorough examination. Minor treatment performed identifying underlying problem. Referred for scan and another appointment with consultant surgeon. Gave clear advice on care plan. Very efficient and I could not have expected better outcome from this appointment. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
