Very calm and patient doctor. Explained me the procedure very nicely multiple times as I had come in for plunging ranula issue. Came to see me everyday in the hospital answered all my questions. His assistant is also brilliant. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!

Sat is currently looking after my husband and me by virtue of being at my husband’s side at all the consultations. Sat’s approach to patient care, knowledge of his subject, the manner in which he shares information/results is straightforward yet empathetic at the same time. A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. The magic was that he almost made me feel as if I was another doctor, rather than a patient. Overall, I left in a fantastic mood, confident and happy that I was in good hands.

He efficiently organized another appointment while collecting my medical records. In the subsequent consultation, he reassured both my wife and me that there was no reason for undue concern. Nevertheless, he suggested an MRI scan as a precautionary measure to alleviate any worries. Mr. Jean-Pierre Jeannon communicated directly and explained everything in simple terms, ensuring our understanding. We felt secure in the hands of someone genuinely caring.
